Wolfberry Nutrition

The Chinese believe that the nutrition of a wolfberry is so high that it has the ability to help aid in many health related problems. For instance, the berries are believed to relieve certain eye conditions, help fight some diseases, help aid against liver problems and kidney problems, help lower cholesterol, minimize the risk of weak joints, anemia and premature aging.

In fact, they’re nutrients are so high that they are considered a superfruit. Wolfberries are packed with antioxidants, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, riboflavin, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, selenium, fiber, protein, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and polysaccharides. How’s that for a powerhouse of nutritional goodness?

However, it isn’t as easy as just walking into your local supermarket and finding the wolfberries in your produce section. They’re only available through juices, vitamins, smoothies and dried forms. Still, the
wolfberry nutrition is so awesome that it is definitely worth checking out, don’t you think?
